There are 5 Divisions for Entries:
- Women’s Swimwear
- Men’s Swimwear
- Beachwear (wraps, etc.)
- Special Interest Swimwear (eg. special sizes or functions)
- Presentation (Photography or Branding)
Swimwear Awards are judged on style, design, attractiveness, and utility.
The Presentation Award is a photography or advertising award, based on the image itself.
No physical products are shipped for review by the judges, however 1 sample of each entry should be sent to the Organizers to verify that the product exists in physical form, and is of good quality.
All Entries are reviewed by the judges panel using submitted photographs and text descriptions.
Up to 3 products can be submitted by an Entrant per Competition Division (Women’s, Men’s, Beachwear, Special Interest Swimwear, etc). Registration ends either by the stated deadlines, or when all slots are full.
All Images must be submitted in a .JPG format, and must be greater than 200kb in size and not to exceed 2MB in size (winning entries may be requested in a larger size). Up to 3 photographs can be submitted per product entry. We recommend that these images show the product from different angles, and have excellent lighting. If more than 3 images are submitted for an entry, judges will only review the first three sent.
EACH and EVERY photographic entry needs to be titled with the Product Brand and Product Name.
Optional: In addition to the photographic entries (and sample), Entrants may also submit a URL to an online video if available.
Submissions, both photographic and physical, should be sent to the Awards Organizers during the product shipment time period.
REGISTERED PRODUCT SUBMISSIONS SHOULD BE SHIPPED SO THEY ARRIVE IN SAN FRANCISCO BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND MAY 15TH. PRODUCTS ARRIVING AFTER THE LAST SHIP DATE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.
The Awards will be announced in early June
