Congratulations on your Finalists standing in the PHOTOGRAPHY & ART COMPETITION. This award means that your selected work will be included in the upcoming book by TCB-Cafe Publishing, scheduled for publication in April 2008.

This document is to address the question of: "I'm a Finalist, what do I do next?"
Answer: We need the high-quality digital file for your art. With this in mind, please mail on CD the following:
- A high-resolution virus-free digital file of your art. The size of the image should be between 5 x 7 and 10 x 8. The DPI must be 300 dpi.

Make sure that any color corrections, imperfections or dust and scratches on scanned images, etc. have been made before the files are sent. We will not be making any major corrections of this type. If an image has a number of these imperfections, it will not be included in the book.
- Mail a matching 8 x 10 digital print. This print will be used by the book printer to match color and sharpness with the image that you have submitted. Print should go to the address above.
- A three sentence biography, as well as a two sentence statement on what this art represents to you. Be sure to provide the correct spelling of your name, title, city, state (or country)
- If you submitted multiple images and you are unsure on which one was selected, please contact us at the email address specified for submission of images for this competition. The information will be sent to you within 7 business days (after January 5, 2008 ) from when you confirm that you have submitted multiple images and request the names of those files. In addition, you will be requested to post online for review by the Editors all images that you would like to submit for your portfolio publication (keeping with the theme of the competition, of course)
NOTE: All files, etc. must be received by us on or before Feb 1, 2008.
