LAYOUT AND EDITORIAL

This unique, stylish and valuable publication promotes 50-60 of a region's most appealing chocolatiers, chocolate makers, shops, boutiques, patisseries, cafes and retailers. The featured establishments are members of the International Chocolate Salon.

Profiles are 2 pages, based on Salon membership, and are full pages with full color photographs and text.

Each CHOCOLATE GUIDE is created in a 144 or 192 page coffeetable book format, with high-quality photographic reproduction printed on rich-glossy paper stock, expertly perfect-bound and professionally designed with a matte laminate finished cover, and informative chocolate profiles ,as well as articles on tasting, storing, dining, traveling, and cooking.

The 3 North American regions planned for CHOCOLATE GUIDES are: Western Region, Eastern Region, and Central. International regions are TBA.

DISTRIBUTION
