If you would like a full-page profile to be included in the upcoming North American Edition of THE CHOCOLATE GUIDE publication (eBook version), plus a complimentary one-year membership in the International Chocolate Salon society, please complete the profile questionnaire below to complete your submission.
The publishers will contact you with further information required to complete your submission.
Profile photographs will be requested, and your profile will be listed in the upcoming chocolate guidebook edition. (To see Editions, click here). Samples of your product may also be requested for additional photographs if required.

If a chocolatier or confectioner were previously featured in either the Western or Eastern Chocolate Guides, and no changes to their pages are requested, then there is no submission or fee required.
