THE INTERNATIONAL CHOCOLATE SALON and
CHOCOLATE PROFILES IN THE CHOCOLATE GUIDES
The International Chocolate Salon society is a part of TasteTV, TCB CAFE Publishing & Media, and Chocolate Television. It produces annual Chocolate Salon events within North America to promote the chocolate lifestyle, as well as publishes regional chocolate guidebooks called The Chocolate Guides.
One major objective of the Salons and Chocolate Guides is to allow those included in them to promote themselves directly to the people who love chocolate. By being a part of the International Chocolate Salon they make sure that their establishments are reaching the right market 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year after year.
