Au Coeur de Chocolats was also a fave. Sixthcourse Artisan Confections had the most interesting combination of flavors and quality of the chocolate truffles. Amazing newcomer. Nicole Lee lavender truffles Really love red walnut from toffe talk Lemon Meringue truffle from MDP was like a bite of lemon meringue pie enrobed in white chocolate! You could really taste the Cointreau in Sixth Course's fabulous Cointreau Truffle. Jade Chocolates' bars have always been delicious, but their new truffles combine their same great flavors in a new smooth delicious way! Amano's dedication to fair-dealing with local cacao bean producers is laudable. Sterling's artistry is unparalleled. So many lovely artisans coming together to bring their various takes on this industry is remarkably delightful. Nods to newcomers Sixth Course and Monterey for standout additions. Always glad to particpate. I love that Snake & Butterfly put their caramel jalapeno offering into a truffle. Monterey Chocolate provided a wonderful product and was fun to talk to.
