Leslie Harlib has been a
food writer for 25 years, including as the former food writer/ society
columnist for the Marin Independent Journal for 13 years. She is a
passionate chocophile, and makes discovering chocolate an integral part
of her culinary research around the world. She is known for liking
bittersweet chocolate so assertive, she crosses the street when she
sees it coming.

Katie is your mid-day DJ on KRSH, The Krush 95.9, and the station Promotions Director. Born in Mendocino County and raised in Sonoma County, she’s a North Bay girl through and through. After 4 years in San Francisco working in the promotions department for KFRC, she’s glad to have found her way back to Wine Country Radio, where she first interned almost 10 years ago. When not listening to music, or getting out in the Sonoma County music scene, she loves to enjoy good food, especially chocolate and wine with friends. |

Lorrette Patzwald is a James Beard awarded Pastry Chef , member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America and U.S. Pastry Alliance.
Following many years of work for various catering operations, hotels, restaurants and bakeries she started her own successful business” La Bonne Chere, Desserts of distinction” on the North Fork of Long Island in 1986.
In 1991 following a strong desire to migrate back to Sonoma County the Chef was the Bread Production Mangager at Mezzaluna Bakery in Santa Rosa and worked locally here in Sonoma County as a Pastry Chef, Bread Baker and Consultant prior to sharing her expertise and experience currently teaching at the Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts program.
