Top Chef, Dale Levitski, reveals new Seasonal Menu at Sprout in Chicago

Former “Top Chef” contestant Dale Levitski has revealed his new seasonal menu at the Lincoln Park restaurant, Sprout. In the new menu, you can choose your own foodie adventure. Levitski’s seasonal menu allows diners to mix and match flavors and textures for their own unique meals. 
Some options include:
  •     Octopus with Edamame, Ricotta, Chili and Mint
  •     Duck with Brussel Sprouts, Beluga Lentil, Cherry, Butternut
  •     Veal Cheek with Lardon, Carrot, Mushroom and Ossau Iraty
  •     Salmon with Blood Orange, Turnip, Squash and Buerre Blance

    The TASTE AWARDS Committee and TasteTV are pleased to announce that the 4th Annual TASTE AWARDS on January 17, 2013 will take place at a new venue, the lovely Vibiana in Los Angeles.
    Vibiana is a converted cathedral in downtown LA, popular for awards events, parties, and other entertainment industry activities.
    Says the Chair of the TASTE AWARDS, “We believe that with our newly updated format, including a livestream announcement of winners in December followed by a live awards event in January, this venue is right in line with the prestigious yet collegial nature of the awards.”

    The TASTE AWARDS are the premier awards celebrating the year’s best in Food, Fashion, and Lifestyle programs on Television, in Film, Online, and on Radio.
    The Awards have included appearances by stars, celebrities, producers and executives from networks and platforms such as the Food Network, the Style Network, Bravo, the Cooking Channel, TLC, Discovery, Lifetime, E!
