Three generations of jerky makers have made North Carolina-based Sunburst Trout Farms what it is today.

Sustainably farm raised, antibiotic free, and hormone & animal by-product free. Even though it’s made of fish, this jerky also does not require refrigeration. As an added plus, fish jerky is a good source of protein and is high in Omega-3 fatty acids .
