All-Natural Home Design is for the Birds

If you think that preparing your home for a dinner party or friends is creatively demanding, then just imagine being the Bower Bird. The male Bower Bird creates a one-of-a-kind nest design in order to woo the female.

He decides on a scheme, and then collects bits and pieces of material and items (including berries, feathers, string, shells, cans, plastic bottle tops..) to pull it together. In addition, he has to construct an actual threshold that she will find enchanting to cross.

No two nests are alike, and unfortunately, most males lose and remain stylish and confirmed bachelors.
