• AWARD Winners pre-announcement for selected Music Video award categories: January 21, 2026
• AWARDS dinner and awards ceremony, where remaining winners will be announced and all award winners receive their honors and medals will take place on February 16, 2026 in San Francisco. See details and how to RSVP for tickets here.
• Announced Nominees, Honorees and Winners are authorized to use the awards name and laurels in marketing, publicity, social media, and press releases.

AWARDS EVENT FORMAT & RSVPS
The regular Format for the Annual CALIFORNIA MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS is a Reception and Dinner.
• Current awards date, subject to change due to external events: February 16, 2026
• To be included in the actual awards ceremony, Winners and Honorees must RSVP their intent to attend by the stated deadline*. See details and how to RSVP for tickets here.
If RSVPs are received after the stated deadline, dinner tickets could still be issued, but the award may not be presented during the awards ceremony/show due to lack prep time.
*RSVP BY FEBRUARY 11th (may sell out earlier)

NOMINEE, HONOREE & WINNER TICKETS

• CALIFORNIA MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS Nominees, Honorees, pre-announced Winners, and Guests are able to acquire award dinner tickets for themselves and their party, including friends, family, crew, publicists, and managers.
• All Winners of the AWARDS will receive their honors at a awards celebration in California, if they attend and RSVP by the deadline that they will be attending.
• NOTE: Complimentary tickets are not applicable for awards reception and ceremony formats that include dinner.

AWARD CERTIFICATES
• Each Winning program or film, as well as Honorees program or film, receives via online download an Official Customized AWARDS Certificate, available and downloadable after the annual in person Awards event has taken place (approx. after Feb. 19th).
• Award Winners, Award Honorees can visit the 9th Annual Awards Certificates Page HERE when available after the annual in person Awards event has taken place (approx. after Feb. 19th).
• Online Presentation Only: AWARDS Certificates will not be presented at the Awards Dinner. Certificates owners are authorized to use the relevant Award Finalist, Honoree, or Winner title and certificates in any communications or material.
• Corrections: Please note, these certificates are based on submitted and announced entry information. They are the final versions and not subject to revisions.
AWARD MEDALLIONS
• Each Winning program or film, as well as Honorees program or film, receives one AWARDS Medallion per award, presented at the annual Awards Celebration in California.
• If the winner is unable to attend, the medal can be shipped to them, with the recipient covering the cost of shipping + handling (national or international). This option will be available after the awards dinner has taken place.
- Each Award Winning program or film, as well as Hall of Fame Inductee, receives one AWARDS Medallion per award category, shipped directly to any location within the United States if they are unable to attend the awards dinner.
- Award Winner locations outside of the United States can order their medallion, which includes shipping to that country, if they are unable to attend the awards dinner. (Maximum allowed is 2 medals per winner)
- Special Achievement Award Winners (Honorees) can also order Award Medallions. (Maximum allowed is 2 medals per winner)
- All Award Winners, Award Honorees, and Hall of Fame Inductees can also order Duplicate and Additional Award Medallions. (Maximum allowed is 2 medals per winner)
- Note: Medal orders represent the cost of shipping, processing and handling, not the cost and value of the actual awards medal.
- Shipping: Medallions can only be shipped to designated countries and global regions. If you are located outside of the United States, please be sure to select the correct medal shipment category.
- Award Medals are Limited Editions, and Quantities available for orders are Limited for Each Awards Season.
