You may register additional products if the Registration is still open.
This competition is open to bars, chips, cookies, and other solid edible products.
Not For This Competition: Liquids, Beverages, Condiments, Spices, products in jars or bottles, products requiring cooking or heating, products that require refrigeration, jerky. Chocolate bars, caramels, toffees and truffles should enter the Artisan Chocolate Awards. Jerky should enter the Jerky Awards.
Submissions should be sent to the Awards Organizers during the product shipment time period, who will create one submission package for each judge, which will be shipped shortly after the shipment deadline. Approximately 12 samples of each product submission registered should be sent.
REGISTERED PRODUCT SUBMISSIONS SHOULD BE SHIPPED SO THEY ARRIVE IN SAN FRANCISCO MARCH 19TH AND MARCH 23RD. PRODUCTS ARRIVING AFTER THE LAST SHIP DATE WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.
The Awards will be announced in LATE APRIL/EARLY MAY
A) 1 to 3 product submissions allowed per Company per Competition, based on the number Registered. Send your Best or your Newest products.
B) Non- beverage products only
C) There is a size limit on the products that can be submitted. This is to avoid an “arms race”of entries getting larger and larger, and more expensive to ship, disadvantaging smaller artisans.
D) A “box set” submission is considered as 1 entry, regardless of whether it has multiple flavors.
E) Focus not on representing your entire product line, but on what represents your style and quality. Send only the Best or Newest products that you wish to be judged.
